Specialty Surgery Deposit & Scheduling Policy

It is important that clients fully understand their financial obligations, along with our payment and cancellation policy, prior to scheduling a pet’s specialty surgery with At Home Animal Clinic. When we schedule a specialty surgery, we must reserve a time with the specialty surgeons of Minnesota Mobile Veterinary Surgery. We then coordinate their availability with our operating room facilities and schedule the appropriate staffing to care for your pet. Once scheduled, we then turn away other patients that need surgery on the day we have reserved on your pet’s behalf.

Before scheduling your pet’s surgery, we ask that you be definite about your desire for surgery, and certain you have the funds available.

I understand that:

My pet’s surgery is scheduled with a surgeon of Minnesota Mobile Veterinary Surgery. The operating room and staff of At Home Animal Clinic have been reserved for my pet on the specific date of my pet’s surgery.

Therefore, I agree to submit a non-refundable and non-transferable $300.00 surgical reservation deposit at the time I schedule my pet’s surgery. The $300 deposit will be applied to my pet’s surgical fee on the day of the procedure. I understand that if I elect to cancel or reschedule my pet’s surgery, I will lose my deposit.
